ISO 18295-1:2017 Certification Successfully Completed for InfoCredit Group
Conquest Business Advisors is proud to announce the successful completion of the ISO 18295-1:2017 certification project for Infocredit Group (ICG). This international standard outlines the requirements for customer contact centres, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
The scope of the project included a comprehensive suite of activities designed to ensure full compliance with the standard. These included:
- Documentation: Developing and refining all necessary documentation in alignment with ISO 18295-1:2017 requirements.
- Training: Providing tailored training sessions to ensure that ICG’s teams were fully equipped to implement and maintain the standard.
- Support in the Implementation: Offering hands-on support throughout the implementation phase to integrate the standard into ICG’s existing processes and workflows.
- Internal Audit to Certification: Conducting an internal audit to verify conformance prior to the official certification audit, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
This milestone project was officially completed on 1st December 2024, marking another step in ICG’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and superior customer service.
